A Decade Devoted to Sight
Dr. Nandish R. Mashru brings 13+ years of experience to eye surgery. His journey began with an M.B.B.S. from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune, completed in 2011, and carried him through some of India's most respected ophthalmic training grounds.
He went on to complete his D.O. (Diploma in Ophthalmology) from 2014 to 2016, followed by his D.N.B. in Ophthalmology at Sankara Eye Hospital, Guntur — a centre known for high-volume cataract care — from 2016 to 2018. In 2021, he completed a fellowship in refractive surgery under Dr. V. V. Sapovadia at Netradeep Eye Hospital, sharpening his expertise in topography-guided laser vision correction.
Two years as an eye surgeon in Bhavnagar (2019–2021), followed by five years as Senior Phaco-Refractive Consultant at Christ Hospital, Rajkot (2021–2026), gave him the high-volume clinical experience behind more than 10,000 successful surgeries. In 2026, he founded Prime Vision Eye Hospital to bring that same standard of care directly to the patients of Saurashtra.

After five years as Senior Phaco-Refractive Consultant at Christ Hospital, Rajkot, Dr. Mashru saw a clear gap. Saurashtra's patients deserved the same fellowship-level expertise available in India's largest cities, without having to travel for it. In 2026, Prime Vision Eye Hospital & Laser Centre was founded to close that gap — bringing advanced diagnostic and surgical care directly to Rajkot.
